  I called multiple times but could not get anyone to answer the phone so I decided to drive over and walk in. Walked in the front door and it looked like they were closed at 9am on a Tuesday morning. Offices were dark. I stood there for 15 minutes and saw two people walking around with cell phones toward the back offices but neither one would ask if I needed help. Both of them saw me but would not acknowledge me standing there. So I walked out and they will not get my business. Absolutely poor customer service in my opinion.

  Really happy with the service all around at Reed's Metal! They all went above and beyond from the first pickup of the phone, all the way to pickup of the final product. Really happy we called them and they were able to deliver all around (when another company failed miserably). All the staff from reception, to managers, to sales, to warehouse are exceptional! Thank you, Reed's Metal! Would highly recommend anyone using them for all your metal needs. From small business, to personal, to large corporations - you won't be disappointed.

  First order the length of metal was to long so I cut to fix, second order the order was completely wrong and took them 6 months and about 10 phone calls to correct. Was told once metal got to me they would work out some type of compensation for me and now they will not respond to me at all. Would never use again
