    Set up an appointment to have them look at damage to my garage door. They didn’t arrive in the time frame, so I called to check that we were still on the schedule, the lady on the phone said as far as she knew, yes. 2 weeks later, no one has showed and have not had any contact with me. Edited to add a screen shot of the call I had with them on Wednesday, November 17 that they claim didn’t happen. I don’t appreciate being gaslit. I’m well aware of who I spoke with.

    Chelsea, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with someone not showing up, but that was not our company. There are other companies in this area that you may have spoken with to set up your appointment, but no one here has spoken with you. We pride ourselves on getting to people as soon as possible when they call us - often fitting in service calls on the same day.     The receptionist was VERY unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager she informed me it was her Dad and he was going to give me the same response she was.

    Hi Jennifer! I spoke with someone who identified herself under another name (which I will not divulge publicy) yesterday about her extremely delinquent account with our company. She called because she had received another monthyl statement about it. However, this time further collective measures were mentioned. The caller spoke with me directly - the VP/General Manager - not a receptionist. I stated that the bill needed to be taken care as it is nearly a year old. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel services that have already been completed which is what I was asked to do by the caller. Additionally, she had ordered a door panel from us and had stated that she called to cancel it at some point after she ordered it. Our company never received any such call. If we had, it would have been cancelled right away. When we called her to let her know that her panel was in, it was at that time that she claimed to have cancelled it. As stated above, we never received any call from her to cancel this order. We informed her that since the panel had been custom manufactured for her door (based on that specific serial number) we could not send it back. She said that she had spoken with another female (not myself) when she cancelled it. I informed her that there was not another female that she could have spoken to at this business to cancel her part and that possibly if she called to cancel she called a different company by mistake. After I let her know that, she stated that she was angry at how long it took to get said part - I explained to her that the lead times the overhead door industry are facing are unprecedented and that we are doing everything we can to get materials in as soon as possible. She demanded our business records/call logs multiple times which I informed her we could not give her due to privacy considerations for other customers, etc. I told her that she was responsible to pay the bill that she incurred. It was at that point that she wanted to speak with the owner and I informed her that, although he was not currently available, his answer would be the same as mine -- that the money she owed to our company needed to be paid. I also told her that I would be happy to have him contact her when he could and took down her cell number which was different than the work number she had called me on. Nothing hostile or unprofessional ever came from this side of the conversation. I even offered to remove all of the finance charges that have accumulated on this invoice if she would just make a payment for the original amount she owed. We, like all businesses, hate having to enter any type of collection process for unpaid invoices as it unpleasant all around along with costing us a lot of additional time and money. It has become increasingly difficult for small, local, family-owned businesses to continue in this day and age given all of the challenges and obstacles we face so it is very disheartening when we get bashed publicly with false information when all we ever did was attempt to collect the money rightfully owed to us by the caller for services rendered. We look forward to getting this account settled and would still be happy to remove the finance charges that the account has incurred.

    Great overall service! Woke up after a night of freezing temps to find that my garage doors was not in working order. My wife called and arranged for them to come take a look. They where honest about how full they where. Even though they where not able to finish the job the came out to get the door closed on a Friday night and came into finish the job Monday while both my wife and I where at work and invoiced us for the job.
