  Hired Redwood Empire to roof my new 3000 sf barn using standing seam metal roofing. Price was quite high so expected pro service. Instead, had many issues with scheduling, install and warranty repairs. No leaks yet but gutters have pulled off the building twice due to snow loads despite our giving them accurate information prior to the bid about amounts of snow at our ranch. After the first time the gutters came down, I asked for a warranty repair and, after a battle, they came up and re-hung the gutters. Next winter, they came down again. I'm now looking at going to a different vendor because scheduling, communication and attitude have been so disappointing.
