  Had three reps come out and looked at our issue. Received bid a few days later, they worked with us on pricing and came to an agreement. Ty kept in communication with us and provided us next steps and timing. The subs they had come out to replace the facia, and then the roofing were both top notch. Everything looks great and you can't even tell work was done. Thanks to and team.

  A friend of mine recommended that we use Redemption Roofing. My husband and I had them replace the entire roof. The crew did a very good job of replacing it. The workmen showed up on time and were very professional. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. We found Redemption Roofing very easy to work with - the staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with their work. We would definitely refer Redemption Roofing to anyone we know that needs roofing work done.

  I just wanted to share my experience with Redemption Roofing located in Spring Branch. Robert Murrell and his team are experienced professionals and a class act! Our roof had experienced hail damage and needed to completely be replaced. Robert took the time to stop by and drop off a flyer since they had just completed a roofing job down the street from us. I decided to give them a call and Catherine Andress and Robert Murrell made the process so effortless for me! As a first time homeowner this had never happened to me before, so I didn’t even know where to begin with the process. Catherine is very detail oriented and her and Robert kept in communication with me throughout the entire process to answer any questions that I had. Catherine even took the time to reach out to my insurance company in regards to supplemental work that was needed. As a first time mom, this tremendously helped me out as I have very little time anymore to do anything with a baby. We were put on the schedule within 2 weeks and Robert and his crew were able to replace our entire roof within a day! A special shout-out and kudos to the hardworking roofing crew that completed the job! I can’t believe how fast the crew worked. The crew paid great attention to detail and even took the time to spray paint my pipes black to match my roof. My roof looks even better than it did before I built my house. They even left the work site cleaner than I had it. The entire team went above and beyond to provide such an exceptional customer service experience! Robert Murrell, Catherine Andress, and the entire roofing crew are an amazing asset to your company. I just wanted to take the time to give them some recognition, since Robert took the time to stop by that day with his flyer. I will refer Redemption Roofing to everyone I know!
