Was an okay room. No microwave. Did have mini fridge. Heater was very loud. No tissues. But pet friendly and had a clean bed for the night.

Very disappointed in our stay at the Red Roof in Wytheville. The room was disgusting - we saw spiders in the bathroom, a big hole in the bathroom, etc. The room keys were not working - we had to go back to the front desk 4 times, and finally it worked. No one slept well that night, especially the kids as they were scared to be there, and I do not blame them. We had a one night stay over night passing through. We got there late, and we got out early as we did not want to be there a minute longer. The breakfast was awful too - it had like nothing compared to other places we had stayed. We did the same on our way back home and stayed at another hotel for cheaper and we all had a much better sleep and experience. Not impressed with Red Roof at all.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here! I accidently locked the bathroom door from the outside and they gave us a new room (it doesn't have a way to unlock it). Lorrie (may be wrong spelling) had amazing customer service with us and even though I had to visit the front desk a few times (I forgot something in the other room and turned in the keys) she was still respectful and nice. She offered us muffins and drinks and made us feel good about staying here for the night. I would recommend anyone to stay here! The rooms were nice in my opinion and my dogs stayed free! Definitely a plus to this beautiful hotel!
