The room was filthy. The bathroom had mold and buildup in the shower like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the shower as well as under the sink had bugs. There was a mold spot on the ceiling. There was FRESH pee on the bed when we got to our room. The entire hotel smelled like weed, normally I would ignore that but it just added to how freaking gross everything was. It was very disgusting. Please do not stay here. Yes it’s cheaper but it’s not worth the stay.

Positive: Location Negative: Bed was extremely hard. Everything is in need of repair. Door didnt latch properly, shower head was disgusting. Could hear everything outside almost like the widow was open. They only offer coffee and it was empty.

Positive: The housekeepers must be better managed. The room was not very clean , with hair everywhere in the bed , bathroom and bathtub.  The bedsheets and towels were very old.  Secure place and beautiful place to stay!   Negative: The cleaning!!!

I thought this place was really nice, and it was much better than I expected.  The room had wood floors, so that was nicer than a sticky, dirty carpet that never gets shampooed.  The didn't have a coffee maker in the room (bc of Covid?) but there was a fridge and microwave.  The employees were nice.  We didn't have any issues.

Front desk staff was nice but the room was horrible. Mold on the bottom of the bathroom door, toilet was not clean (I had to clean with Lysol wipes), toilet nearly inoperable, towels were dirty.
After our stay, my husband indicated the hotel was decent years ago but has declined greatly recently.

Kept claiming we were smoking inside when we were not. We won't be staying again. I'll make sure to document with video and photo all the horrible things taking place. Stay tuned!

Positive: Price was comparable (and very good) to another local hotel I stayed at the night before, but the hotel and the room were far superior. Negative: Nothing stood out as unacceptable.  Everything went off without a hitch.

I had to clean the whole room because it was filthy. There was blood stains all over the sheets. The floors was not swept or mop. The fridge was not working. The outside pool was not up and running. But the stuff was nice and that’s why I give it a one

You get what you pay for.  Staff was nice, and they allow dogs.  That is probably the only 2 good things.  Building is in disrepair, and maintenance is needed everywhere.  Not what a Red Roof Inn should be.  We have stayed at them before, and this one was easiky in the worst shape.  Just about all the furniture is broken, has tears, or stains.  Bedspreads all had stains.  Found an old pair of boxers and an empty beer can in our room upon arriving.  Floor was stained and filthy.  Paint peeling from ceiling.  Toilet broken.  Hair dryer missing from bathroom wall.  We pulled the mattress away from the headboard, and it looked like it had not been vacuumed behind there in years.  Again, staff was very nice, but these rooms are not cleaned well at all.  Especially concerning considering there is a pandemic going on.  I am not one to complain, and it really takes a lot for me to do so, but we will not be staying here again.  (1) Do some much needed maintenance.   (2) hire someone to really deep clean your rooms, they are honestly disgusting.  If you guys can fix these things, you will have a solid hotel.  Until then, you are just going to keep getting these poor reviews from your customers.

Positive: The hotel was clean but needing some repairs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Negative: Nothing I didnÂ¿t like, we would stay again. Could use some repairs such things as our shower curtain pole was falling out the wall as there was a hole in it, wall paper peeling, small holes in walls, and metal bathroom fixtures were rusting.
