  Gary was a lifer saver! We were under contract and right at the end of the due diligence period for selling our home and the radon system failed home inspection. We had the radon system fixed and Gary agreed to come put a box out for us at the last minute so we could have a retest done before the house due diligence period was up! He was able to give us the results as soon as he came back to pick up the box. He promptly provided a report we could give our buyers that same day. I would highly recommend Gary and Red roof inspections!

  Very satisfied with the Gary. He went above and beyond with my inspection. I was sick with covid and couldn’t make it with the original inspection date however he came out and walked me through every detail after the fact and gave me some pointers on what should be addressed first as far as maintenance goes. Very friendly and very knowledgeable.

  Gary is so helpful. His report was so detailed even included pictures. I feel way more comfortable taking on this responsibility after speaking with him. He is very thorough and knowledgeable.
