  When I contacted Red Hot Services, I was surprised how quickly Tyler stopped by to provide an accurate estimate. I found him to be professional and easy to work with. I appreciated Tyler being honest about the condition of the roof. He also explained the cleaning process in detail which helped me become more educated about different techniques companies use. I have an older roof and it was very important the roof not be damaged. Tyler did everything he said he was going to do. He communicated well, was timely, did an excellent job on everything he cleaned, and his price was competitive and fair. My roof looks new and Tyler was able to remove some stains from the sidewalk and driveway another contractor had left behind. I would highly recommend this business and plan to use them again. Amazing customer service and high quality performance.

  Red Hot Services did a great job cleaning my roof, exterior of the house, and resealing the pavers. Had to pause the project for a few days due to rain, but Tyler wouldn’t take any payment until the job was completed. They were very patient and quickly responded to my questions.

  The job was done professionally and timely; my tiles look better than they did when installed. The technicians were neat and didn't make a mess as others have done; we are quite satisfied with the job. They helped move the furniture from and back to the lanai; others wanted to charge for doing it. They guarantee their work, something other contractors didn't offer and they have a maintenance plan at a reasonable price to keep the lanai up to par. I highly recommend this company.
