Thank you Jason O. Thanks for helping replace our roof that needed changing with all the leaks and damage! It feels great to know that even after the replacement Someone will be coming over to inspect the roof every three years! You all did a great job. My mother was so grateful for you services! Real1Construction did an amazing job with our roof. We priced out at least four different roofing companies and Real1Construction was by far and away the most competitive and thorough in their initial estimate. We hired Real1Construction on site and are thrilled we did so. Our home is an old colonial from 1910, and they had the knowledge and experience to flawlessly execute on installing our new roof. We have many contours and valleys on our roof as well as a pergola and connected garage that they they seamlessly roofed. Real1Construction was extremely thorough in putting our new roof on, stopping by multiple times after they finished the job to ensure our satisfaction and quality control. They were very competitive on pricing and even worked with us after we started the job to be cost efficient. I would highly recommend Real1Construction to anyone in the market for a new roof.

Jason and his crew were able to identify where my chimney was leaking. With the help of very good photos, Jason was able to explain exactly what work and materials were needed to fix my leak. They were able to give a ballpark estimate and (most importantly) was one of the few contractors that provided me with a written estimate. Some of the contractors that were bidding on the job did not even bother to give me a written estimate. The work itself was done professionally and on time. The chimney cap and mortar joints all looked perfect. Overall, I will not hesitate to use Real1Construction, LLC for future projects.
