  Dear Colby, Bob and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the job your company did on our roof. It is a joy to work with someone who stands by his word and follows through on what was promised. We so appreciate you working with our insurance carrier, too. The crew came early on the day scheduled and worked diligently to complete the job. When they were finished, all of the debris was cleaned up and put into the dumpster! It was difficult to tell on the ground that a crew had been here all day installing the roof. That is an attention to detail that was especially impressive!   This company was very helpful throughout the entire process. They quickly assessed the damage to the roof, helped secure HOA approval to replace it, and performed the work in a professional and timely fashion. Very pleased!
