  I am the Facility Manager at Brentwood UM Church, Brentwood, Tn. We have approx. 200,000 sq. ft. of facilities of which I am responsible for maintaining. I deal with many vendors. I have had the opportunity to work with R. D. Herbert and Sons on many occasions. I have multiple roof systems which they maintain. I have complete confidence in their quality of work. I would recommend R. D. Herbert without any reservation. I have dealt with Matt McCain on several projects and he and his roofing technicians are professional, courteous and knowledgeable!

  I called R.D. Herbert on Friday afteroon within 15 minutes of the storm hitting my house since I knew by the amount of hail that fell I probably had roof damage. They called me back and arranged to have someone at my home on Saturday, the next day. At 8 am Saturday they were there with a maintenance crew who spent 2 hours cleaning up the debris on my roof, replacing the damaged caps and doing emergency repairs. The supervisor, Matt, was knowledgeable, courteous and more than helpful. They took pictures for us to show our insurance adjuster and even swept the debris off my deck before they left. This is what I consider top notch service. They have followed with me to make sure everything was okay and will be assisting me with the repair of my roof. I am very confident that the remaining portion of my dealings with this company will be as good and easy as the initial.

  Our church used R D Herbert & Sons for frequent, extensive repairs to an aging 70,000+ sq. ft. commercial, flat roof during the past 3-4 months. The highest compliment would be their rapid response each time we called; typically within 2-3 hours (as soon as rain stopped). Their work was done professionally and their pricing was quite fair.
