Very impressed with RB Farina. Quick to respond to my initial outreach and show up for estimate. Estimate came in at a great price compared to other quotes I got. Scheduled the work for 2 days after permit was granted. Some other contractors could not even commit to having time for months, but entire project completed by RB Farina 2 weeks after the first estimate. Work also done in 1 day. Great quality, speedy, responsiveness, and excellent price.

RB Farina was great. I worked with Marcelo Machado! The booking process was completed within 24. Marcelo represented himself, and the company extremely well! He showed up on time and provided multiple options at a very fair market price. The quote was provided within the promised time frame.

Ultimately a good friend of the family made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Otherwise, the offer Marcello made me would have definitely been considered.

I can't say enough about how great this company is!! Their workmanship, professionalism and communication throughout the entire job was top notch!! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!! They took the time to explain every step of the project, provided detailed before and after photos and a dedicated project manager who kept my abreast through the entire project! This company is the best!

update: the day after i posted my initial review, Farina called me and asked for feedback. it's good to see that they worry about their bad reviews rather than just be complacent with their overwhelming number of good reviews. they are open to constructive criticism and seem to be committed to improving the things for which i was critical.

I have worked with RB Farina's multiple times on several projects at my home.   They are responsive to the customer needs and will work hard to resolve any concerns that are raised during a project.  They stand by their quality of work and are committed to having a happy customer at the end of each project.

Excellent job! We were having a very bad leak and decided to use RB Farina since they had the best price and are a very established company. The work was done fast and efficiently, and they kept the area around our house clean of debris the entire time. Great company to work with and would recommend to anyone that needs roof work done!

RB Farina Roofing was our top choice for a large roofing restoration project. The crews were very highly skilled, respectful of the property and kept the job site clean as they worked. They completed carpentry, soffit replacement and siding repairs on areas where there was animal damage in addition to replacing the entire roof. They worked quickly and efficiently around five weeks of rain and a hurricane or two. There were a few small glitches that were dealt with satisfactorily in a timely way. In the end, Ricardo, the office staff, and all the crews went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

RB farina is a very professional outfit. They performed our roof replacement from estimate to completion like clockwork. They communicated clearly and always let me know the exact plan. The workmanship looks excellent. The cleanup was thorough. And throughout, their people were pleasant and polite and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't ve more satisfied.  They were prompt, honest and extremely hard working.  The workers were there each day at 8 and worked till 4.  They replaced the flat roof on our five floor building in Boston.  They also never complained once about working in a congested downtown Boston area with limited parking.    The quality of the work was impressive and their communication with us was flawless.  You could look at other roofing companies, but, why bother.  A+.

We had to replace the roof, rubber membrane, and skylights of 15 units in our condo/townhouse association, plus the roof of two 10 car garages. We met with multiple vendors before choosing RB Farina. During the proposal/estimate process, RB Farina's customer service was exceptional. They answered every question we had and followed up with additional site visits to make sure we were on the same page. The transition from estimate to project work was seamless and the customer service continued from there. We had two main points of contact throughout the project. Flavia handled all back office administration and Marcelo was our site supervisor. Both were responsive to all issues or concerns that arose with such a large project. Their roofers and carpenters provided quality work and went the extra mile to protect gardens, trees, and landscaping. They also cleaned up after each day of work. We were extremely satisfied with the finished project and highly recommend RB Farina for roofing, skylights, gutters, etc.
