  NELSON AND HIS STAFF REMOLDED MY KITCHEN. WE PAID FOR PERMIT ALSO WAITED A YEAR AND HE NEVER PULLED THE PERMITS TO START THE JOB WE WAITED SO LONG TO HAVE IT DONE . WE HAD NO KITCHEN FOR MANY MONTHS. NELSON TEAM AND HIM SELF ALL SPOKE SPANISH I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT BUT I COULD NOT COM UNTIL THE PERMITS WE'RE READY REMEMBER HE NEVER PULLED FOR THE .MUNICATE SO WE HAD AN NEW AC UNIT PUT IN . THE INSPECTOR SAID THERE IS NO PERMITS PULLED FOR THIS JOB WE WE'RE FLAGGED HAD TO STOP THE JOB . UNTIL THE PERMITS WE'RE PULLED. THE WLECTRICAL WAS NOT TO CODE THE INSPECTOR CAME FOUR TIMES TO WITH THE INSTALLERS. THEN WE WE'RE TOLD HE CAN STATR SOME OF THE WORK

  I was not asked to write this. I really just came here because I LOVE BARBIE!!! If I could I would give Barbie a raise myself. She went above and beyond to make sure all my house work was done and fit my schedule she even stayed at work late to make sure everything was taken care of for me. She is soooo sweet and helpful BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company. If you call and get Barbie just know your in good hands like Allstate. Thank you Barbie for taking care of all my house repairs and coordinating everything making this a smooth process. I could go on forever. Make sure you never leave ❤️

  We needed a new roof, but also needed our carport rebuilt, which most roofers would not tackle. But Rausa came through; they rebuilt the carport, replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and repainted our home, for a complete transformation, all done very quickly and efficiently. Nelson was friendly, helpful with advice, and always available to answer questions along the way. I highly recommend Rausa for any of your building or renovation needs!
