I paid over $10,000 for a roof replacement. Rapid Roofing did a good job except for the cleanup. I have picked up many nails in my gravel driveway and lawn. I have small pieces of roofing all around my home. I can't believe how far away from the homes foundation I am finding nails. The installers trampled four new shrubs in my front bed that will have to be replaced. I reported it to Donny and the salesman Chris and they took off an additional $150 charge they wanted for plywood they had to use for repairs. Chris told me that Donny would probably send them back out but never showed up. The communication Donny during the install was good when we had questions but not afterwards. I sent a text to Chris about the issue and did not receive a response. I would not submit this review if they had not used their cleanup practices as one of their most exceptional selling points.

If you need a new roof or roof repair, Rapid Roofing is the company to call! Mr Donny is reliable and honest, and his crew does a professional job. They put a new roof on my house, and when we had a big storm blow through it blew off some of the new roofing that had not had a chance to set. Mr Donny immediately sent his guys over to fix the problems and clean up! He stands behind his warranty and roofs. If you want a quality roof with a dependable warranty; call Rapid Roofing!

We were very happy with our dealings with Donny Seals of Rapid Roofing. Donny was professional, went over all aspects of the repairs with us and answered all of our questions and our concerns. His team showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up each day. At the end of our job the team did a thourough cleaning and I applaud them! And I am a tough cookie for cleaning! We aren't easily impressed but Donny and his team won us over. Thank you for a beautiful new roof!
