Kane Diers of Rapid Exteriors championed our hail claim on our house for siding, gutters, doors, and a window. Helped us smooth out process with insurance company. Very professional and great communication. So happy with all our repairs. Highly recommend.

Great experience working with Kane Diers & Rapid Exteriors, Inc for my roofing and siding needs. Recent Hail caused quite a bit of damage and Kane and his team did well to replace everything damaged, did all the insurance filing and communication, was very timely, and did amazing work. I highly recommend this team for all of your exterior needs.

UPDATE I ended up having to take Rapid Exteriors to small claims court over this. Throughout this process they refused to make things right with their customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW I would never imagine that a company could do such a terrible job. Everything that Rapid Exteriors touched ended up being messed up. I will try to keep this short, but there is just so much. The siding they replaced has hundreds of exposed nail holes, never touched up with paint. The finish of the siding has also been partially rubbed off due to the way it was installed. Bottom line is that my fancy, expensive, Diamond Kote Smart siding has a VOIDED WARRANTY due to poor instillation by Rapid Exteriors. This next one may seem like a joke but this is real... I pulled trash out from in-between the shingles on the roof they did for me. TRASH! The owner (Chad) was standing right next to me. One of their workers shoved his leftover lunch trash into the shingles when they were done. Unbelievable. Aside from Rapid Exteriors thinking my house is a trash can, some of the roofing installed by them is barely better in condition than the shingles that was replaced. The screen door they installed was installed backwards. I have brand new windows that would not function and would not lock due to poor instillation. I had to haul away construction trash from the house they were working at; I guess they didn't want to clean up their mess. I would seriously look at getting somebody else to do your work. It will take me thousands of dollars (and I mean $10,000 to $15,000) to fix the things they ruined. I see mostly good reviews for Rapid Exterior, must be family and friends. Kane Diers was the project manager on this.
