  After 10 years it was time to coat the roof. We had paid for a 10 year coating and guarantee from another company in 2010. 2 years in we had a leak around a downspout, we called and the business was gone. So it cost more to have someone patch/seal/coat the problem plus repairs to the drywall etc. below the leak. Randall was more expensive, but you get what you pay for, he explained what he was going to do,it included some repairs at downspouts and reattaching drip edges, fixing cracks with membrane and 2 coats of TRC to protect the roof. I am confident that the roof will last and if I call if there is an issue that he would still be in business and deal with any issue honestly and punctually.

  Dont bother calling any other roof business, you will just have to call Randall and his crew to repair their mistakes anyway! Skip that process, and save money in the long run and get your roof coated professionally the right way first!

  Super company. Second recoat on my roof (because the first company who did it didn't do it well and I had a roof leak and.....). Randall's estimate was clear and concise and he did exactly what he said he would do. I've now been through a monsoon and several rainstorms and (a) no leaks and (b) the roof looks amazing! If you want to have someone who works with you, explains what they are doing and has super staff (his team is professional and friendly), check out this company.
