  Hello there, I rarely post a comment/review on social media or any online platform but this I must. I would like to acknowledge the quality of work by overall crew, They were thoughtful, by making sure all area were covered since my wife has some planters and flowers, cleaning throughly after the work done plus performing high quality of work. Most highlight from this experience was the assistance along the process by one of the associate, Kris Lee. Kris was managing the process for claiming, reporting, getting approval from my insurance adjuster persistently & professionally. He was communicating with me for every progress or actions need to be taken, weekdays/weekend. There are many other company out there that may provides similar service but if you’re looking for a company that also really care, do the right thing, trustworthy, available and reliable, you may want to consider this Ramos Roofing & Remodeling especially for your long term investment. Again, I’m impressed by Kris Lee work ethic and his company integrity. As one of their happy customer. I would highly recommend you to work with this company. Hope this sharing help, Take care

  I have been talking to Kris at Ramos over the last few years about a new roof. We finally decided to replace our existing roof recently. Kris actually fixed several small leaks over the last two years. But I was resistant in replacing the roof. Kris would check in periodically. He was never pushy or did any hard core sales tactics. I had another roofing company quote us a price. Completely different experience. It was not a great experience. When we decided to do it Kris came out and through everything very thoroughly. We signed everything and he kept in the loop with a start. Ramos arrived around 7am and our roof was completed by 3pm. That included replacing a majority of the plywood on the backside of my house. They completed cleaned up and then Kris came back out with a metal detector. He scanned our property for roofing nails. I asked my other neighbors if there roofing companies did that and they said no ! The roof looks great ! I would highly recommend Ramos Roofing and Kris !

  Karl, the project manager was persistent to work with the insurance company and successfully convinced them that we needs a new roof. Karl and George provided quick, professional and friendly service. They were timely with answers to all my questions. The job was done quickly, neatly, and cleanup was amazing. All in all great experience! Ramos Roofing is trustworthy and great to work with and have an amazing reputation for doing the best roofing job. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
