  Had a leak in the roof of one of my office units, Ramcon came out and said a drain collage needed to be tightened on a roof drain; made payment. Area was still leaking, Ramcon came back out and said a drain was missing a bolt, charged us $815. Leak was still not repaired, called Ramcon back and this time around in the same area they suddenly found spudded gravel around the drain, lead was exposed with 3 voids and water underneath; charged us $1,128.76. Still had Leak, called Ramcon back they ran water on the area and said they could not see any water leaking into roof and that it was plumbing related, charged me $881 to run a hose. Charging $800-$1100 for a service call is insane. More importantly, why wasnt the missing bolt, voids, spudded gravel, loose drain collar, etc found on the first visit? And to charge such enormous amounts for follow up visits??? Suspicious and greedy at best.

  If I could give them less than 1 star I definitely would. We had them put a new roof on our commercial building at a pretty penny. We are still having leaks over a year later. All they do is comeback out and patch so now we have a new roof covered in patches. Very close to taking legal action.
