  Dealing with Ram was significantly easier than dealing with other construction companies. Whether it be with payment, questions pertaining to my roof (because I don’t know much), or time estimates— they felt smoother than most construction places I was used to. I don’t usually have big fixer upper projects done on my home but next time I do have one I’m definitely going through them

  Had a 20-year old roof and needed vinyl siding replaced, got a referral to Sam at RAM Construction. Sam was responsive, came right out and we jointly decided that the roof was old enough that it needed to be replaced. Sam recommended Hardie siding which looks great. Sam's crew was professional and did a quality job on both the roof and the siding, and Sam was in contact with me throughout the whole process, answering all questions. The house looks great and I know that RAM's work has added a tremendous increase in the value of my home. I couldn't be more pleased with Sam and RAM. These guys are real pros.

  Overall the entire process to get my roof done was a seamless 3 day process. I’m keeping Ram on my contact list for when I have other home repairs— they seem to be one of the the few quality construction companies in the Annapolis region. Would recommend to a friend
