First time having a roof replaced and I had concerns and questions throughout this process that would test the patience of anyone. There was an issue that was not even related to work they had done and Dave came over to check it out and marked the spots on the A/C duct that was causing the leak. This was above and beyond what was expected.  Scott and the rest of the team worked hard to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Thank you.

Recently had a combined flat and tile roof replaced by RHF and was pleased with the entire staff from the office  to the owner Scott. They communicate from the time the estimate is done (Bobby), to the progress of the work( Dennis), to any special issues that arise during installation ( Scott).  I would recommend this company to write an estimate for your roof with the confidence that they will do what they promise, when they promise and keep you updated as the work progresses.  *****

Quick to take your deposit, not quick to anything else including getting the work done, responding to phone calls or anything else one would expect for a company that has accepted your deposit. Run, don’t walk to find someone else to take care of your roofing needs.

Its a shame we dont have your full name. I dont see anyone in our database that would fit this comment. If something was overlooked we completely apologize. Please call our office. If we took a deposit the work would be done. If something was not done I am sure you would have asked for a refund. We are happy to resolve all issues in a timely matter. Perhaps you have us mixed up with another company.

Work was done quickly with excellent attention to detail.  Corrected all issues and repairs with professional attitude, at a price that beat their closest competitors hands down.

Haven't shown they care about getting things right.  My realtor got an estimate from Ralph Hays and I contacted them to get more information.  The receptionist could not figure out how to spell my name for a return email, which is part of my email address  I spelled it for her six times and also pointed out that it was on the invoice in front of her.  She repeated it wrong every time.  Probably why I've not heard from them and if their front desk person is a reflection of their work ethic, they don't care to get things right.  I used them 15 years ago for work and they were good, but maybe not so much today.  I may never know.

Mr Kaf, I apologize for your disappointment with our receptionist.It may have been a  Temp we hired during a family emergency which was also in the height of the monsoon season (our busiest). I can assure you, its not a reflection on our work. I am unable to find you in our database though to reach out to you, perhaps it was under the realtor's name. Please feel free to call us again and give us another try in the future.

They came to repair my storm damaged roof and they damaged my other roof line. Never said a word about the damage to other roof. Did a very sloppy job fixing "their damage". Snuck off when finished!! When I went on the roof, for the cooler recently, is when I saw what they  screwed up and patched . They left tar dripping all over. Messy messy sloppy job! Charged me 3 times more then other estimate . Thought that they would do good job with higher rate. The actual claim work was ok but their "F-up" is a mess still!!!!!!

This is a family operation that recently lost their office manager. This person clearly did a lot in terms of the customer service. I used them to coat my roof and asked them to do an inspection for any other issues. About 2 months after the job was done I sold my house and the inspector came by and nearly half his report was on the roof quality or lack there of. I asked them to come out and check on the issues and write me a document that guarantees the quality of my roof for the new home buyers. This document was sent in the form of a poorly written email and when I asked if they could give me a more official document (which I wrote for them and they just had to fill in the blanks to address the concern) I was given a guilt trip by Scott about how he already did this basically and he didn't want to do the 5 minutes worth of work on the computer to help me. After spending a couple thousand dollars I don't feel like you should make the customer feel bad for something like this but clearly that wasn't a concern for Scott.
I would urge anyone looking for roofing help to go with another company that has a complete staff of people who are eager to help you. Very very sad when a family company treats it's customers like I was treated, customer service should be the corner stone of these businesses and clearly with Ralph Hayes Roofing it is not.

Mr H is clearly misinformed we have quite a large team here. We changed some things  in July of 2016 to be a more effective and larger group and   choose customer service to be  our  # ONE priority. We are proud to say we are a Family run business. THIS IS NOT JUST A JOB FOR US. The customer is always first priority. There is always two sides to the story: We have been in touch with Mr H to see what we could do to correct the situation
We didn't even work on the structure of his Roof. We were asked to do a re-coat. We can only warranty the coating of the roof in the areas which we coated. We only give free estimates for the work that we agreed to do. To Guarantee another contractors roof would be a liability to us. We don't know what products they have used or how well it was put together. WE WILL WARRANTY THE WORK THAT WE DO AND  WE STAND BY THAT!
Trust us Tucson! We have been in business all these years because we pride ourselves on providing good customer service and making sure the job is done right. We are not perfect. No-one is. But we Promise to do the best possible job we can and if for any reason you are unhappy, we can not help you unless you bring it to OUR ATTENTION.

Absolutely the best roofing company in Tucson barring none! Professional, ethical and reliable!
