Mr. Jackson does excellent quality work. He gave me a straightforward and fair price for a new metal roof. He came and worked as scheduled and completed work as promised. When my new roof had a minor leak, he was responsive and promptly fixed the problem within a week of it being reported. Overall I was impressed with Mr. Jackson's honesty, fair pricing, and quality of work.

Hired to silicon collar on gas flue on roof. Rained 2 days later & flue leaked. He ignores phone calls & text msg to repair. Applying silicon must be beyond the scope of his skills. Told me my roof needed to be replaced. Told him the roof is 8 years old and he said "well then you have 6 more years left on your roof and the roof hasn't lost any granules".
