I've lived in my home now for 13 years and had yet to file any storm claims for the simple fact that dealing with contactor's and an insurance company was the last thing I was interested in. I'm extremely busy and have little time to spend km the phone or wait for contractors to show up. Rich Hanks basically took the wheel and handled every bit if my claims process. He spoke directly with my insurance company and even filed the claim for me. The contactor's at Rainproof were quick and effecient. Jenn Hanks was always readily availae by phone to answer and questions or concerns. Rainproof was able to address all storm damages in a timely professional manner while some how managing to make it stress free.

Be sure to research Rich Hanks and his history of unethical and deceitful business practices under the companies named US Housecraft and OKC Roofing. This is a company set up in the name of his daughter, Jenn, but Rich Hanks is still the operator of the business. He has a history of starting the sales pitch by claiming to be a devout Christian man, but after the contract is signed, a whole new side of this guy starts to unfold. He was very insulting and confrontational later and did not honor what he told us during the sales pitch. Just be careful. Research his reputation. It's not a good one.

I had wind and hail damage from the May 6th / May 8th 2015 storms in central Oklahoma. Living in this area, I've had several storm claims over the last 7 years and frankly I am tired of dealing storm damage!! I chose Rainproof Roofing as my contractor for two reasons: Jenn's sales professionalism and Rich Hanks' knowledge and experience. At the time, Jenn seemed more prepared than the other dozen or so contractors canvassing my neighborhood after the storms. When I expressed interest in hiring Rainproof as contractor, she sent Rich out to assess the damage. He was professional and he quickly pointed out things I hadn't even noticed. Rich Hanks in particular has been wonderful. Homeowners insurance claims have become more & more complicated and tedious over the past several years. Rich clearly explained the process and filled in all the blanks I was having with my insurance company, State Farm, who's also been great throughout this process. I understand the reasons for increased claim regulation. Rich advocated on my behalf with the insurance company to the Nth degree, and that's the main reason I'm so pleased with Rainproof. The other reason: quality of workmanship. I'd rather workers be onsite for 2-3 days and have a great-looking roof / gutters / fascia, than here & gone in one day with lingering issues and loose ends that take months to address. I had the latter with my last hail claim; Rainproof provided the former this go-round and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process is almost over and I couldn't be happier with Rainproof's service, communication and results. So much that I feel like they deserve a good online review :) they earned it. I'd recommend Rainproof to anyone.
