  Family friend referred Kyle to us based on their positive experience. He was running late for the initial quote but called and let us know. Said he would email the quote in a couple of days, didn't see it so we called to follow up. Thought he sent it and got it right back to us. Price was VERY competitive. Set up the installation date and James was there as promised. He got right to work and finished the entire house in a day. The color matched perfect (they let us pick from a sample at their supplier). The installation was EXCELLENT! Solid and is working perfectly. If you have a hiccup in your quoting process keep trying, they are very busy with one person quoting ...but..they are certainly worth the waiting for. Great quality gutters, great price and great worker. I would definitely work with them again and refer them to any of my friends. Thanks Kyle and James!

  After seeing high ratings and great reviews, I was looking forward to seeing what this company could do. I scheduled an appt for an estimate a week ago after waiting almost a week for a call back. Today I left work for that appt.10 mins after the scheduled appt, and he wasn't there yet, so I called and was told he was running late. I explained I only had 20mins for the appt since I had to leave work, which I had already explained to him when I set the appt. I understand being a few mins late, but if you want someone's business, first impression is everything. And you should at least be courteous and call them ahead of time knowing you wont make the appt or you're going to be late. Its really bad business to be late or flake on an appt.

  Laura I'm very sorry that Kyle was running late, he is the only 1 doing estimates and sometimes things come up. I'm not making excuses for him but he is a very busy & hard working man.

  Highly Recommended! We recieved a very competitive estimate from Raindrop, and they were able to schedule the work very quickly. The crew that installed the gutters were professional and prompt, and the work looks great. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend them for new gutter installation.
