  Eck and Sons replaced my flat roof about 20 years ago. Since I couldn’t climb up on the roof to see what was going on, they sent me photos of each day’s progress. This showed a company that was concerned with their client. Like I said, this was about 20 years ago and the roof is still doing it’s job. I had one tiny leak this summer which was fixed quickly. This shows the quality of their work. I’m getting ready to sell that house and I have confidence that the roof will give the new owner no problems. I highly recommend Eck and Sons for their quality, attention to detail and integrity.

  Called 3-4 weeks ago and they said they would come out for a gutter quote. They came out 4 days later and said they would come out within a week to do repairs. Great. 3 weeks later and no service done yet. I have called once a week and they keep saying they would have someone contact me. Wish I could review on their actual labor, but their unresponsiveness and consistent lying is a good indicator to reach out to another company that doesn't waste people's time.
