  The entire staff/crew was very helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent work ethic was displayed by the entire crew, plus the job was completed in one day including all clean up and disposal of old roofing materials. We continue to use the services of R.D.Kleinschmidt Inc. because they are dependable, use only quality materials and the outcome of their projects is outstanding.

  Third roof job from Kleinschmidt. Very happy again and always reasonable pricing in my experience. I had non-roofing related chimney seepage and they came out several times long after the job was done and helped me pinpoint the issue and stop it. They have done two rain gutter jobs for me too. Great people!

  Too busy to help. When my gutters started pulling away from my house in the back I called Kleinschmidt to see if they could repair it. They scheduled someone to come out 10 days later to do the repair and give me an estimate on leaf guards. That was longer than I wanted to wait, but what can you do? 10 days passed and they sent a salesman out who was in no way willing or able to do the repair. He took measurements and left. Maybe they'd do the repair in 8 weeks, I was told. Thanks for nothing. Time to find a company that hasn't gotten too busy to help new customers and wont lie to me about what they're going to do when.
