  Called and left a message during the evening and received a prompt call back the very next morning. In need of a roof, I received a very competitive and fair estimate, which included an inspection. They were able to set up the roof replacement within two weeks and was on site, on time. Crew showed up and didn't stop until the entire job was done. They were very professional, kept the area clean, asked for permission to access certain areas of the yard and was very courteous. Another team member showed up the next day to do a final walkthrough. In the end we are very pleased with the work by R.A. Woodall Roofing!

  Absolute worse customer service ever. I contacted these guys in December 2020 for a roof inspection/repair. They first tell me that they "just don't come out and look at it" as once they look at it, they work on it that day... Due to having a leak I said sure.... I have water coming into a spare room. They then tell me they are 2-3 weeks out.... I said ok.. once more, just put me on the list....I send them images and someone eventually comes to my house 3 weeks later AFTER I called them about 4 times due to being scheduled to have the roof looked at and no-one coming out on the schedule date. Allen, they guy who checked my roof says, he can do the work, just going to send me an estimate.... I said well you guys said you come and and fix it... once you come out?? Now its changed.... He said yes, due to being busy... they never came back out or sent me an estimate.... after I called them 5 more times again... then the owner states.... that I must have been dropped from the list... due to them being busy.... This company was just ridiculously unprofessional and they will run you around the bush left and right. Here it is about to be April...2021 and never got a call back... DONOT use if you have a "small" job, they only want money and wont even bother with you. but will waste your time...

  John I am sorry for not responding to you. I was involved in an accident in January wound up in level 2 trauma unit at Riverside Hospital. I am still having difficulties with my back and neck. I have 2 fractured vertebrae in my neck and a ruptured disc in my cervical spine. From both your pictures and Butchs report, Your repair is more than a roof leak. It appears that the sheathing is rotted behind the siding, possibly leaking from the chimney cap as well. There is what looks to be mold in the pictures you sent me. This is what Butch reported to me also. It is well beyond what he could do in a day, as well as being in excess of his repair limitation without a written estimate. The siding will have to be removed, sheathing replaced, flashing repaired, shingle work and siding replaced. Possibly repairs to the existing chimney cap or flu. The mold remediation done as well. This is a job I would have to look at myself. Butch does roofing repairs. I have been cleared to go back to work for half a day, but will work as much as possible. These injuries take a bit of time to heal. I hope you will understand. If you will give me an opportunity, I will make sure that you are happy with our service.   I just wanted to Thank Alan Woodall and his team from R.A. Woodall & Son Contracting, Inc. (Roofing Division) for the repair they did where the chimney meets the peak of the house. They patched a hole where animals were getting into the attic and also fixed an issue with our flashing around the chimney. They are a great group of people and also said my roof was good for another 5 years. Thanks again Butch and Alan. Nancy
