WOW.  Nothing but professionalism from the time the phone was picked up to the the last drop of paint drying.  The emergency crew arrived promptly, the explained everything.  Their equipment was clean and well maintained.  They taped down all of their cords and hoses to prevent tripping and took all of my art work into consideration when they set their equipment up. 10/10 will call them again if I need them.

We discovered a bad water leak that was leaking inside the wall behind the vanity in my Master Bath. The leak wound out taking out both my entire Master Bathroom, down to the joists, but also my downstairs Den.

What could have, and should have, been a horrible nightmare of a repair job turned into a mere inconvenience when I was lucky enough to have had QwikResponse recommended by my insurance company.

Everyone from Steve the owner to Victor my Project Manager to Jose the Lead on my jobsite and the ENTIRE support staff in the office were incredible. They all went far above and beyond to turn what should have been a horrible disaster experience into a well managed, always explained, professionally handled step by step rebuild.

QwikResponse did a good job with the mold remediation and kitchen renovation. They were respectful of safety measures during Covid-19 restrictions. They made suggestions and incorporated our input feedback. We were able to get all of our questions and requests answered. The work seems to be quality work and materials. Compared to some other people we spoke with and estimates that we got, Qwik Response gave us the best impression and seems to have delivered.

Everybody at QwikResponse seemed to be knowledgeable. If folks didn't have an answer for us, they would connect us with people who did instead of making things up. They were patient, professional, and helpful with all of my newbie questions.

The office staff at QwikResponse impressed me with their timeliness and follow-through. Everybody I spoke with was professional and helpful. They do seem dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. All of the staff I spoke with had great follow-through and professionalism.

In particular, Kevin Smith impressed me with his knowledge and honesty about my options for mold remediation. Charlie Baker seems to really know his stuff and did a great job explaining the different options, forms, line items, etc. to me - somebody who is new to all of this as this is my first remodel/remediation. Steven Delgadillo was extremely helpful navigating invoices and payments.

This was my first mold remediation/renovation. I am grateful to the entire QwikResponse team for helping me through the process, doing quality work, and all of the scheduling and communication and everything else that goes into it.

RE: QwikResponse (QR) emergency services and general contractor services

Having sustained a large leak that caused around $80,000 damage, we contracted with QR for both emergency services and reconstruction services.  The emergency services that entailed removing drywall, insulation and hardwood flooring were accomplished with rapidity and efficiency. The subsequent drying period and surveillance was well documented and the multiple visits to our home always accomplished on time. We were visited on many occasions by the president of QR, Steve Knight, checking on progress and planning for reconstruction.

The reconstruction entailed hardwood floor, baseboard and toe-kick reinstallation, drywall application, insulation, painting, caulking, and was accomplished with the same efficiency and attention to detail.

Difficult problems and their solutions are what define the integrity of a contractor. We have built two new homes and remodeled another.  Anyone who has done the same knows that all cannot go smoothly at all times.  The hardwood installation, installed by a well-known flooring contractor subcontracted by QR, failed due to unanticipated severe atmospheric conditions not conducive to a successful result. This was in no way the fault of QR. The initial consideration for remediation was complete sanding and refinishing of the floor.  We felt this would not leave us with the floor that we paid for and would likely have left us with an unstable floor in terms of reactivity to future humidity. QR agreed to have the flooring removed and replaced, the cost of which was in the tens of thousands of dollars. We agreed to utilize the same subcontractor, believing in the expertise of his company which was simply sabotaged by the unanticipated atmospheric conditions which led to the floor’s failure. Steve and Cheyne Knight, CEO, arranged and supervised the preparations, materials ordering, environment and reinstallation to assure that every aspect of the process went according to plan. The reinstallation is perfect. We feel that, had we not been contracted with QR, the resolution would have been far more complicated and likely would have involved litigation.

We are grateful for the expertise and integrity of QwikResponse and its employees and recommend them unreservedly for emergency services and reconstruction.

Qwik Response did an amazing job for us when our downstairs flooded. Not only were they quick, they were thorough. Every employee we dealt through this rough time was patient, kind and respectful. They were easy to understand and explained exactly what they had to do and why. We were worried about possible mold and toxic chemicals that could affect our family, but they informed us that all of the products they use were safe for our family and the environment. I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any restoration project.

My insurance adjustor recommended QwikResponse to do the clean up after a house fire. They were so fast and efficient and nice, I had them do the reconstruction. Tom Svenson, their Project Manager, has great design sense. Plus everyone from Qwik Response who worked on my property was competent AND considerate - which meant a lot to me. I never want another fire, but I got an amazing remodel and couldn't be happier!

I don’t think my family and I could say anything more than this is a fantastic company and an amazing  group of people. We had a major flood in our home which necessitated an enormous amount of remediation work over many months. The teams were so sympathetic to our circumstances and so professional and certainly they helped us deal with a very difficult set of circumstances. An amazing company and we were fortunate to have them on our side!

Cheyne and his team over at Qwik Response are just awesome. We had a very difficult and life altering event happen to us and not only were they most qualified in every aspect of the disaster restoration but they guided us through the entire process step by step so we didn't make any mistakes with paperwork, building, or hiring the wrong contractors. These guy run a tight ship and the trust level was through the roof for us.
