  The Star Tribune published an article a couple of weeks ago describing the conditions of some of the apartment buildings owned by QT Properties. Black mold, leaky roofs. Why would anyone ever hire a company owned by a man who can’t stop his own roofs from leaking?

  QT has neglected its properties in Minneapolis while raising rents on its tenants. I would never trust a company to do construction that can't maintain the properties it owns.
