  Great experience with Hugo and his QSR team. Exceptional work at a very fair and reasonable price. My wife and I own several properties and Quality has worked on several of our residential and commercial roofs for the last 9 years. The crew is amazing, respectful and very professional, they protect all of our tenants belongings and are always exceptionally clean like no one was ever there. My only contact for Residential and Commercial installations- Highly Recommended !!!

  Very unorganized and difficult to work with. The secretary kept on telling me someone would come out and it kept on getting pushed back for about 3-4 weeks without anyone showing up until I asked for the managers phone number for the second time. I wish I would have been able to talk to Hugo the manager a lot sooner. Hugo did a good job of explaining to me what was causing the water damage and was very knowledgeable. Pollo the repair guy who came and did the work did a great job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work they did. The reason I only give them 3 stars is due to nobody showing up when they said they would. Also, they are a little on the pricey side. Overall they do good work, but were difficult to work with.

  They did a great job getting my roof put on in a day and half and the quality was great. The price was very fair too. I really appreciate Hugo and his team working with me to help me get my roof on in a short amount of time.
