  Poor business practices along with sub-par roofing expertise. Broke multiple vent pipes, proceeded to pull roof paneling up and reach into the attic space to duct tape vs. fix properly (found this on my own). Didn't order enough vents so they just shingled over a hole instead of buying another vent, horrible job on the chimney flashing causing a roof leak/drywall damage, the list goes on and on... AVOID this group. Called immediately about the water leak in the spring after the roof install and was told they'd be out in a month to inspect. Unacceptable so I hired a contractor to repair their poor workmanship. Of course, Quality Roofing stuck me with the bill since I didn't let his group fix it but with all the sub-par work there was zero chance of that happening... Oh, his warranty is absolutely worthless...

  Very nice job on our new roof. Showed up on time, worked hard and were very particular to make sure they did a quality job. Took extra care to make sure everything was picked up before leaving. Assisted in color choice for shingles and it looks great. Would highly recommend this company.

  If I could give less than 1 Star I would. We had a brand new roof put on in October 2016 by “Quality Roofing, LLC”. December 2017 we had a leak, which progressively got worse and was eventually pouring like a faucet, running down the walls, under the linoleum, into the subfloor and basement. Our dining room is destroyed. It took 3 tries for them to “fix” it, all the while Terry assured me they would take care of all the damages when he returned in April (from Florida). His employees cut a hole in my ceiling, he assured me they’d fix it, and replace anything damaged by this. He said he would make sure we were all taken care of. When he got back he stated that he would fix the outside if we fixed the inside “out of the kindness of his heart.” He recommended that we not contact the insurance, and stated they wouldn’t pay for it because it was caused by ice damage, and that they would drop us as customers and we wouldn’t be able to find another company to cover us. He also stated if we contacted the insurance company, he would not help us at all, and was “out.” Mind you, his warranty states that he should be responsible for any ice damage where ice and water shield was installed. It was, just not properly. We contacted the insurance anyway, and they covered the internal damage and some of the roof (what was caused by ice damage). They did not, however, cover the rest because it was due to “faulty installation” (their words, not mine). The ridge vent was not cut out at all(wood touching completely-and covered) and the ridge vent wasn’t even nailed down! I’m surprised the wind didn’t blow it away!). Therefore, our attic has not been venting at all, which causes humidity and moisture buildup. The valleys were not properly shingled and were overlapped, causing water to back up underneath and not drain/runoff properly, in the winter the water freezes and lifts it up more, causing more damage. The flashing and soffit were not installed properly and some was just applied over the old, causing gaps. So the “warranty” was absolutely worthless, and now we’re stuck trying to fix it on our own. I highly recommend doing your research and checking work during and after any roofing installation. This is our first home, and we’re trying to do our best have a nice place to live, and we’re taken advantage of in the worst way. I do not recommend this company at all.
