This was hands down the best sales experience I have ever had. Brian was great! I felt like I was sitting talking to a friend about new windows. Brian was personable, polite and knew what he was talking about. He was totally no pressure when I came to sales. Even if Quality First had not been the most cost effective company, I probably still would have gone with them just because of the sales experience. I highly recommend this company and Brian! I will be making sure to refer anyone who needs new windows to call Quality First, first!

I had quality first do a roof for my house and all I can say is I love it. Brian my representative was great and took the time to explain everything and was very helpful with the whole process. The installers came out did a great job and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend Quality First to others.

We had Steven Rowe will quality first home improvement come out and do a job walk for a built-in pergola for our backyard. Steven was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful when it came to making our decisions. He laid everything out for us to see and go through and it made for a wonderful experience and process. We are so excited to have out pergola installed by Quality First and can't wait to see how it looks on our new home. I highly recommend Steven and Quality First for your pergola needs. Thank you.
