  Lied about Firestone roofing not supporting residential

  I'm sorry you feel as if I lied to you. What I told you is that Firestone Building Products makes roofing products for commercial buildings and will not offer a Red Shield NDL warranty on a residential property like the property you called about. You can purchase Firestone products and put them on your residence, but you will not be able to get a Firestone Red Shield NDL warranty. I also told you of another product that is eligible for a full system warranty on residential property and a contractor that can install it for you. I would recommend going that route.
