Quaglino's employees not only took 4 hours longer than expected to complete a simple job due to the amount of mid-work breaks they took, but they left our house filthy, with roof-work droppings covering and damaging our furniture inside the home. Low quality work, due to a sincere lack of care. Call a real roofer even if you have to source them from one of the surrounding towns.

After taking months to get to see our problem, they really didn't do much but send us a bill. The leaks still exist. No one will call back. The workers we dealt with have no interest in doing a good job. They were rude and very unhelpful. I will not use this company again. I would get someone to come from another city before calling them again.

As Quaglino Roofing is known for quality work and addressing our customer's concerns, we searched our records for any information relating to this comment. We found that your leak was initially called into our office on 10/03/18. Due to the volume of calls we were getting at that time, we did advise you that we were appx 6-8 weeks out on scheduling service calls. Just at the 6-week mark, a crew completed the repairs on 11/27/18. It wasn’t until 1/08/19 that we received a call indicating the roof was leaking still, a crew was sent on 1/10/19. Since then, we have received no other calls. As for the extent of work that is performed, we are limited to what your landlord will authorize. Lastly, if you were charged for the repairs, you should contact your landlord as we send all invoices to the property owner and not the tenant. Thank you.

Called 4 times since Sept. 2020 just to get a roof repair estimate and their sec. Keeps telling me an estimator will get back to me. Not 1 call. See how honest they are, you figure it out!
