  **. Update ** Now they have resorted to calling me a liar, so in response: the gutter section WAS damaged after being put up and taken down 3-4 times. Their employees DID verify the damage. They DID eventually get the gutters up, it took 10 weeks and 3 different crews. I DID have to hire another contractor to fix a lot of the issues they left (like the untreated pine they put up as facia.) they DO have that invoice, and were kind enough to take that amount off our invoice. Yes after the second crew screwed up the gutter installation (they replaced the downspouts with the ones that were the correct width, but didn’t bother cutting the holes in gutters to match the larger diameter) I did tell them they had more than enough chances to correct it, and I wanted to hire another company to fix it. They then threatened to take me court because their contract states I have to give them every opportunity to fix their mistakes. Their employees and contractors are bullies who try to blame the customer in order to cover their rears…as can be seen in their response to the review. They are unprofessional at best and slanderous at their worst. They deducted $1500 off the bill after 10 weeks of calling, emailing, and fighting for corrective action, the Operations Manager was the only person who even seemed to care that things were done poorly. No one else in the company called until yesterday when they asked me to take down my review. So if/when this happens to you, call Robert…he’s the only one you’ll get anywhere with. 🤷‍♀️ We hired then to replace the roof and gutters at our animal shelter. Hands down the worst experience with a vendor I’ve ever had. The sales process is great, but after that it’s dismal. They subcontract the work, then don’t stand behind the crews they hire. Even when their own employees admit it is a terrible job, they don’t respond with anything other than resending your invoice. We are more than 2 months out with no resolution. Every time I call, management is “in a meeting” and no one ever calls back. At this point I’ll have to hire another company to come out and redo what they did. If you do hire them (which I do NOT recommend) get an inspection before you pay them. We found lots corners were cut with the roof as well, and never would have known if we hadn’t gone up and inspected the work. It’s such a bummer.

I am delighted to hear that your interactions with our sales staff was great ! Pyramid Roofing strives to provide optimal customer service to each of our customers, in order to provide information needed to make an informed decision about one of their largest assets, their residence or place of business. As you stated in your review " They subcontract the work, then don’t stand behind the crews they hire" this statement is partially accurate, but also inaccurate. Like most roofing contractors, Pyramid Roofing has worked with several contractors throughout our 29 years of service in the KC Metro area; without qualified and quality driven contractors, Pyramid Roofing's doors would have closed long ago. Being a company that is driven by elevated standards and expectations, Pyramid Roofing continues to take the necessary steps to ensure we provide each and every customer with a quality roof that will serve the interest of our customers for years to come. Just as in any business, Pyramid Roofing runs the risk of being misrepresented by independent contractors, vendors, and other forms of business personnel, that are not directly employed by Pyramid Roofing; without the direct oversight or ability to influence a contractors work, Pyramid Roofing is left with only one option, to cancel the subcontractor agreement and take the necessary steps required to rectify any issues or concerns. In this case, Pyramid Roofing was notified of the diminished level of quality and service that was used during your project, and corrective action was immediately taken; the contractor's agreement was cancelled and employee's of Pyramid Roofing came forward to correct issues that were brought to our attention. During this project, issues were identified and corrections were made, when permitted. It is important that we do not forget the request that was made by you, the customer, to not have an employee or representative return to your residence to address certain issues; in several text message's and emails, you directly stated that you did not want a person from Pyramid to return to your residence to make corrections, and you claimed to have hired an additional contractor to "correct issues" at your place of business, but this never happened. Several misleading statements were also made regarding the gutter system that was placed on your home with the accusations of improper installation and damage occurring, however, after reviewing photo's that were taken at your place of business, there was no damage to a certain section of gutters during the Final Inspection, but the next afternoon, a picture of damaged gutters were sent to our Sales and Production Office. This "damaged" section was replaced at no charge. Claims of improper gutter installation were made; the gutters were inspected and found to be completely filled with leaves and debris, making it impossible for the gutters to properly drain. Your gutters were cleaned and screens were installed on the front of your residence, free of charge. Downspouts were cut to the proper size and your residence was left in good standing. As in life, everyone is entitled their thoughts and opinions, but your depiction of Pyramid Roofing is simply inaccurate and incorrect. Companies have a choice of which vendors they choose to work with, sometimes a great service is provided, other times it is not; the measure of a company is based on their response when a desired expectation is not met. Pyramid Roofing kept to their standards to ensure a quality roof was provided, even in the face of threats, impatience, and adversity. We thank you for your feedback and the opportunity provided to make corrections on our end.

  We've worked with Pyramid twice and they've always been great. In fact, they've talked us OUT of a full roof replacement twice (!), and instead most recently recommended a full roof coating over our existing roof. It turned out great and was way more affordable (and is bulletproof and warrantied). Massive props to Salvador and the entire Pyramid team for their quality work. Highly recommended.

  We have used Pyramid Roofing for our last roof installation, our current one and some recent roof repair. If you are looking for a professional roofer who provides excellent service and does what they say they will do, look no further! Pyramid is the only choice. We highly recommend them. FYI--Ray assisted with our estimate and Miss Ashley (in office) helped us with scheduling and follow up. We sincerely appreciate both of them and all Pyramid Roofing employees who completed the work.
