  High-quality workmanship. Responsive owner. Hard-working crew worked overtime to finish the job in two-days to beat the weather. Thorough clean-up. The owner encountered some material cost increases, which he handled very fairly. I helped the crew clean-up because they worked so late on the last day. When I finished, I started to pick up rocks that a snowplow pushed on the lawn. Before I noticed and let him know I'd take care of the rocks on my own, the roofing foreman started to help me. Speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

  Shawn and his team are beyond! We had a roof leak which resulted in some major damage to our living room. Shawn gave us a fantastic price, made it really easy to work with him, and was super responsive. Further, his team was out and did a complete breakdown, install, and clean up in ONE DAY! We could not have been happier; you need to call them for any type of room repair or installation!

  I was dreading the entire process of getting a new roof, but if I knew how painless it was going to be with Pyramid Roofing, I wouldn't have put it off for so long! After explaining the materials they use, their method of installation, and the level of training and experience that their roofers had, I expected their estimate to be very high, but they were less expensive than most of the other quotes I received for the same work, and use of the same brands of top-quality materials. My final decision, however, was made based on the conversations I had with Shawn, the owner. He was extremely responsive, returning all of my calls within a few hours, and he kept me informed every step of the way. He also didn't make any unrealistic promises about the schedule, and in the end they were here within a couple of days of their initially-planned start date. The crew that worked on my roof arrived promptly each morning, worked diligently all day, and even remained on the roof for a short time after dark on both days (using headlamps!) so that they could accomplish their daily goals. They were courteous and professional, and just focused on working together as a team for the entire day. They did an excellent job, and the new roof looks beautiful. My recommendation to anyone in need of a new roof would be to make sure that you contact Pyramid Roofing when you are obtaining estimates. After doing so, I think it's highly likely that you will decide to hire them, and will be as pleased as I was.
