We are incredibly disappointed in our experience with this company. Our project is finally done - almost. The city inspector came out earlier this week and stated that we still had had an open electrical permit that needed to be inspected, which was news to us. We've reached out to Purpose Driven a couple of times about that and haven't received a response yet. We will be glad to have this company out of our lives and home when/if they ever get back to us about scheduling whatever electrical inspection is outstanding. Backing up, almost every step of our journey with this company has been disappointing. Even though it would seem that Purpose Driven has done many kitchen projects, it almost felt like we were their first one. We had three different "project managers" during our project. The first two both seemed incredibly incompetent and unorganized and both had poor communication. I believe they both ultimately left the company or were let go. When we asked the first project manager questions, she would google the answers right in front of us- she knew nothing about kitchen remodels. The second guy was marginally better, but still incredibly inefficient, unorganized and poor with his communication. He would never arrive when he said he would- we never knew when he or the sub contractors would show up, but we knew it wouldn't be when he said they would. The final guy seemed better but he came onboard at the tail end of the project, which is unfortunate. Also, the design fee they charge is a joke. We paid I believe $2,500 for a design fee. When we saw the design, it looked like it came out of Microsoft Paint and it was not to scale. Ultimately, when our island came in, the project manager told us to put it where we want it and that he would nail it down. What did we pay the design fee for again? Also, when he nailed the island down, he put the nails too high so the nail holes showed above the baseboard of the island and had to be touched up with the touch up paint, which shows. For the amount of money we paid, the quality just isn't there. I also had to rip up all of the floor covering/paper and clean up after the project myself and by that point our second project manager had stopped responding to us. For $26,000, I should not have had to do that. My wife did reach out to the person we believe was above our project mangers, but of course he never called her back. I could go on and on with the inefficiencies, incompetence and lack of communication we dealt with from this company every step of the way, but the moral of my story is that I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company to anyone and will absolutely go elsewhere when we tackle other remodeling projects on our new home.

Terrible, they rescheduled then they didn't show up to the new appointment! After waiting more than 30 min and contacting the company and not knowing if they were showing up or not I cancelled the appointment. I told them I had a phone appointment at 11 and to forget it. They were already 35 min late and I said I didn't have any confidence that they would get the job done on time so forget it.

At this point I feel like there are 2 different parts of this business. The office staff and the woman that came out to do our quote. The office team I spoke with were wonderful but the person that came out was not. The quote I received was incorrect (wrong number of windows to be replaced and wrong kind) and had to be resent more than once and the link did not always work. Then she just dropped off and did not respond to me anymore. I'm not sure if she quit or was fired or maybe just decided she did not need our business but we went with another company because of her poor follow up and obvious lack of knowledge. At least 1 star is required to post but I would have given none at this point.
