  I interviewed many companies to clean my cigarette smoked garage from my previous owner. Puroclean [Howell] was the only company that thoroughly told me what needed to be done. They were very thorough and informative. They worked with me on the estimate so I was able to get this cleaned. They did a GREAT job!!! My garage is clean and smells good. They told me what to use to paint for next year. I appreciate all the info they gave me during the estimate. Many companies just come in, measure and say they will send you an estimate. Puroclean does way more. They tell you all the steps and give you a rough estimate on the spot.I trust Puroclean for future jobs and to recommend to my friends and family. I would highly recommend for anyone to check them out and compare with other. companies. I am sure you will make the same decision I did and go with Puroclean. Thank you Puroclean for giving me my garage back and I can finally park my car in the garage. I am so glad that I am not a smoker because it damages your walls, ceilings, etc. It is expensive to clean.

  I cannot say enough good things about Steve, Joe, and PuroClean of Howell. These are the people you want to work with and there aren't many like them - skilled, hardworking, honest, friendly, no nonsense, and timely. We had a situation in our basement resultant from secondary damage from a past water leak. We discovered this as an unpleasant surprise and didn't really know how to approach it. Originally, we were planning to use a different company and through some act of blind fortune they disappeared and we were referred to PuroClean by a friend. Steve arrived at my house within an hour of my initial call with Joe. They assessed the work and given this was a remediation job brought in a third party to do air and surface testing to guide the work. With remediation work most companies will do an eyeball test - these guys do it right - they confirm the problem and then build a plan to eliminate it. After the fact they confirm the remediation worked via a third party. Steve and his team show up on time, are skilled and careful workers, and were excellent communicators about the process and outcome given lots of questions my wife had. Steve also has taken the time to speak to my insurance company about the situation. They charged a fair price and I would recommend them to anyone with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind!

  I am so greateful for Steve and the PuroClean team. They made a very difficult and unexpected situation as easy as it could be. There was a freak accident with a sink in the new house we were moving into that caused a good amount of water damage to our living room and laundry room on the main floor and walls and carpet in our basement. I had never experienced anything like this and had no idea what to do or where to start on fixing it. Thankfully, a good friend recommended Steve and the PuroClean team. We reached out to them in the evening and Steve and his team showed up the next day. They were meticulous and diligent in assessing the situation and finding out where the water had gotten too...I was blown away with how many areas there was significant water that you could not see with the naked eye. The team quickly laid out a plan for drying things out and beginning to work on the damaged areas. They also helped me work with my insurance company. They first helped me to understand what info would be required and questions I'd need to answer, which was extremely helpful... I had also never filed an insurance claim for my home before. They also worked with the adjustor to make sure we received the proper amount for our claim. PuroClean also handled the reconstruction project, which required new flooring, carpet, painting, new walls in the basement and some plumbing work. Mike, our main contact on the project, was awesome and continually communicated with us throughout the process. These project can be challenging, but Mike really helped manage the entire process, and more importantly our expectations. We were very pleased with the final product and how it all turned out. I would recommend the PuroClean team to anyone who has to deal with a water damage situation and/or reconstruction. Steve and his team did an amazing job and were very upfront about the process, work required and how they factor into everything. They did an amazing job and we're so thankful for all they did.
