  All procedures starting from quote generation, scheduling and execution was done promptly and in a timely manner. Dave, Jen and team were quite responsive and the work was completed well on time on the installation day with all cleaning done neatly.

  Jenn in the office is highly responsive. The skylight work was particularly well done. They are fair and honorable.

  Service promised was not done. Multiple calls to the rep were not returned. They tried to get you into buying service that's not needed. They appeared to provide a description of items they said they'd do, giving you a false sense of comfort. However, the job performed did not match the description. Do not trust this company.
