For us, they had already completed more than five projects. This team has exceeded our expectations in every way, from the installation of new tiles to a complete bathroom remodeling. Prosper Construction Development recently finished remodeling my home and did an amazing job! They converted a bedroom into an on suite master bathroom, painted and remodeled the inside and outside of the house, all look beautiful. Prosper gave great design ideas and did an amazing job. His crew are experts in their profession, are always professional and respectful. We recently had a gathering at the house and everyone couldn't stop complimenting on how the house looks and were amazed on the transformation. Will definitely be using him for all future projects.

I couldn't have been happier working with Prosper Construction. I had 3 bids for a small condo project that was to extend the second floor, adding square footage above the entryway opening. I included Prosper from the contractors reviews; but meeting Prosper in person, he impressed me above and beyond all others. I felt there would be no issues and that it would be professional throughout the process. We added a very small bedroom as well as recessed lighting and fans throughout our home and some lighting It went GREAT and they even finished ahead of schedule. Our experience with Prosper Construction was outstanding. Prosper and his crew were very easy to work with. The design team really took the time to go over options and ideas with us. We honestly had such a pleasant, not so stressful, experience with this company. We had beautiful stone work done on our fireplace which took a lot of detail and precision with extremely heavy stone on an 11 ft ceiling. We also had backsplash put into our kitchen. Anything that I needed adjusted Prosper made sure was taken care of immediately (which was not much at all). He and his crew really take pride in their work and design. Their turn around time for work was pretty quick as well! We will be doing more work with Prosper very soon. We know they will be on top of their job, responsive, on time, and create beautiful results

I was very happy I found Prosper Construction Development. We were remodeling our house, and found so many options of tiles, with beautiful design, good quality and reasonable prices. David built up a design for my kitchen and bath, everything came up exactly how we wanted. They are great guys, who do installation too. You can pick up everything you want in one place, which is saving time and got very happy with result at the end! I would highly recommend this place
