Mark at ProSource was so helpful. I had been to another flooring business and was not treated well. I explained to him I wasn't feeling well and needed extra help in pucking up the samples. He led me to the perfect flooring for my new house and also called the next day to make sure I was still happy with my choice.   I highly recommend them.

Have been a member over 10 years. And have made multiple purchases over that time. The service I have received has been average at best. There is an excessive turn over in account representatives which makes it difficult to get professional assistance. Recently I called to get a price for a particular selection of LVT tile. ProSource’s discounted price was $364 more than a competitor’s price. The sales rep told me to send a copy of my written estimate from the competitor and that ProSource would beat that price. Mind you, I didn’t ask them to do this, they offered. I submitted the first estimate with a commitment for the rep to get back to me that same day. Didn’t hear from him that day so I called back the next afternoon to follow up. An apology was offered for not getting back to me the first day and was promised a call back the second day but, that never happened either. Needless to say I ordered from the first vendor. Customer service has always been questionable at ProSource.

The staff took the time to show me exactly where the product examples were for the type of tile I was looking for. When I had selected all the samples I liked, they provided pricing. He then called to see what the availability was and made arrangements to get them as quickly as possible. A very simple and easy transaction with a wide selection of options.

The variety of materials under one roof made shopping much easier. Our sales rep was extremely helpful and took a personal interest in our project. Since we had several contractors doing different parts of our remodel we did not have a contractor to pick up our materials and home shipping was not available...so we had to go up. I'm grateful that they let us make our choices there but in the future I would not use ProSource unless I had a contractor with an account there.  Otherwise it's a beautiful store with tons of options.
