      Where to begin? We had a terrible contractor experience with Property Revolution. It seems they subcontracted this out and washed their hands of it. Too many things went wrong to list but here's a quick summary: very delayed (over 8 months from deposit to work beginning), set materials in front yard on grass and it stayed there for months killing a large swath of grass in our front yard, windows were open when they came for demo of old siding and they didn't ask to have them closed and a lot of dust and debris got into the house (think lead paint dust), no tarps or dumpster just piles of debris all over the place, broke our radon system pipe, nails on the driveway everyday they worked, inconsistent work days and terrible communication, worked until after dark several days which was very disruptive and was not very professional (how can you work in the dark doing siding much less pickup nails?), damaged landscaping, used white caulk on our dark roof to patch holes from attaching lift and a lot of wear on the roof where they were working, damaged gutters and left downspouts loose, several lights were not re-installed and now hardware is missing, exterior outlet covers can't be installed on the front with the size of the frame they used, several details left incomplete (wrap, caulking, etc), didn't pickup porto-potty until weeks after work was "completed". This is all I can think of at the moment but the list really goes on and on. I really thought we were going with a great contractor but our experience was stressful and super frustrating. Siding turned out ok but the process was not reassuring and I question the install. Still finding nails and pieces of aluminum all over the place. Overall terrible, stressful experience and I would not recommend these guys.

      The fact that this experience working with our company seemed so poor was very disappointing to me seeing that we had worked with you several times in the past and those seemed to be positive experiences for everyone. Some of the negative items you experienced were outside our control and some were inside our control, and we have made plans to deal with both. Through our conversations, emails, discussions about paying for the damaged radon system, etc. we took your criticism seriously and have made the following changes to our company and procedures. 1. We have onboarded with several new vendors to provide more options and avoid major material delays. 2. We hired and onboarded a project manager whose role is to communicate timelines, hold crews accountable, and make sure projects go smoothly. 3. We have had several training sessions with our team to focus on quality and appropriate jobsite management. 4. We evaluated our standard operating procedures on how projects are conducted, made updates, and spent time reviewing them with our team. 5. We invested in several more dump trailers which allows us to have one on every job site. 6. Delivery issues (and deliveries being made ahead of time by vendors) have contributed to jobsite delays and issues. We are switching our process to have siding materials delivered to our shop so they can be inventoried and verified to be correct several weeks prior to the job commencement which also allows us to bring the material to the jobsite only once ready to start. 7. We are implementing more clear employment agreements that have more detail as to expectations for our team as to jobsite cleanliness, hours of work, etc so that expectations are clearer. 8. We have moved from a part time office admin to a full-time admin to relieve pressure in our office so that between myself and the project manager if a concern arises it can be dealt with quickly. I appreciate the patience that you gave us through the time we worked with you and whole heartedly appreciate that you never raised your voice, were always calm, and tried to come up with solutions. Unfortunately, I cannot go back in time for a do it over but we have seriously evaluated our process and are committed to making sure the same mistakes are not repeated.

      These guys are great! Quality work and on time. My fence looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!
