  They started later than the day we agreed upon and took much longer to finally finish the last details. On multiple occasions he did not show up when he said he would. When he finally finished he scratched out some numbers in pencil on the back of a used envelope. I mistakenly trusted that the amount owed was correct and wrote him a check. The next day I looked more closely at the numbers and realized that he overcharged me by over $2000. He said that he would reimburse me the overpayment but on multiple occasions now he has not shown up. He now does not even respond to my calls, texts, and emails. It has been several weeks now and it appears that he is keeping the $2000. He has not honored the contract that he made with me. Honesty is important and this business is severely lacking in that department

  I had 3 roofs thru Prohome roofing this year. Tim was very friendly and returns my calls and texts when I had questions. Their teams were personal and willing to answer your questions. They had a division that did a great job for me with interior painting also. I recommend them anytime

  Called Prohome and they came out quickly for inspection and bid. They got the work completed 2 days later and no more leak, they replaced vents and seals ... has been raining last few days ... no leaks. Great price for all they did ... thank you!!!
