  PRM and Fontanna Roofing have met and exceeded all my expectations. I don't often say that about a supplier, but Fontanna and PRM go out of their way to satisfy customers! I've been using them over 13 years... and they are the best!

  I got a quick call back from young lady in office...but have yet to hear from sales/service team. Calling another company tomorrow.

  Hi Tim, thank you for the feedback. I want to apologize that we were not able to respond. We make our best effort to communicate with our customers and keep them updated on when someone can come out. Its our busiest time of year and while that is not an excuse, it explains why it may take longer than 7 days to respond. Again, so sorry we weren't able to provide you with a roof repair estimate.
