  We had a leak, but our roof was old and we thought it might need replacing. We worked with Fidel, who gave us a quote on repairing the leak, plus some options to replace the whole roof. Our house is pretty tall with multiple dormers, so we'd been putting off getting a new roof figuring it would cost a fortune. When we got the quote for replacement, we were surprised that it was much less than anticipated. What a relief. So we went the replacement route. They got everything done in four days, right in time before a major ice storm we had. Whew! Throughout, everyone on the crew was friendly and professional. Man, they worked hard up there. And afterwards, they got everything cleaned up so we didn't have any debris around. Overall, we were very impressed. They also sent drone pics of the roof afterwards. That was neat. And the owner is also a fan of our favorite football team. What's not to like?!

  Very professional team at PQR. They ran into several unexpected issues beyond merely replacing both architectural shingles as well as the membrane roof, vents, and skylights and handled them all in stride.

  It was a pleasure working with PQR! Fidel was quick to get out and get me an estimate after the ice storm we had. It took them only a week or two for to be able to work on my house, which with all the other damage people had and how busy they were was awesome! I am very happy with their work and will use them again if I ever need any roofing work done!
