  Great work by the Prodigy Roofing team. Prodigy made the roof repair process seamless from beginning to end, and my new roof looks great. Perry Parker helped guide me through the somewhat convoluted process of working with insurance company. He presented, in layman's terms, the technical aspects of roofing - its quality, life expectancy, and state building codes considerations, etc. All in all, high level professionalism, communication, and engagement! Thanks.

  Do not use this company! You may think the roof was installed properly until other problems start to happen. We now have ceiling rot and mold inside the home. We have outside soffit rot from the gutter system not being repaired properly. After having a repair man visit to access our concerns we know the problems were created by Prodigy. Chase does not respond to phone calls once there is an issue. Prodigy told the repair man that they can’t pay him for repairs they caused because they will lose money. We regret trusting our gorgeous B&B with this company.

  I worked with Chase directly at Prodigy Roofing. He was prompt with responding to my calls, and was excellent with assisting from choosing the appropriate shingles at the beginning until the completion of the work. They were thorough regarding making sure the roof was installed properly with no leak. They were very response when one area of the roof needed to be redone after the work was finished and paid for. I highly recommend them.
