  They worked directly with my insurance company to convince them to allow for an entire roof replacement instead of just one side. They regularly communicated with me about what to expect. The crew worked fast and did a great job of cleaning up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

  I didn't get the chance to work with them but I had called for an estimate and they were out there the next day. Edited to add. After I left a 4 star they proceeded to try and get me to change the rating to 5 star. Then they reached out to the organization that we were using to help us with a new roof and they proceeded to try and make waves there. And when they couldn't get any where with that they were then calling the city and making complaints because we choose to go with another bid.

  Pro Crafters is the best roofing company around. They were punctual in getting started and finished the whole job in one day. Mike was super to work with and was attentive to every detail from start to finish. His workers were great and they did an excellent job on clean up after the roofing was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone... you won’t be sorry!!
