  Asked to use company equipment because they didnt bring their own. When asked why they needed to borrow the companies they replied "otherwise we have to go back to the shop and get ours." Bring your own equipment. You dont offer services and then say I need to use all your tools because I left mine at home.

  In a couple of months, it will be three years that I have waited for them to come back to finish Phase 2 of the job they quoted. Numerous phone calls and emails have resulted in nothing.

  Great facility for rope rescue training. They have every situation you can think of. Also have great trainers.
