Roy West of Pro Shield Roofing Services, was awesome to work with! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and actually helped me file my claim with my insurance company who was not originally going to replace my whole roof, just do repairs. After Roy sent photos and his recommendations, they agreed to replace the whole roof. His crew was fast and thorough and cleaned up debris completely. I would highly recommend ProShield Roofing Services!

Very happy. My wife has cancer and is going through chemo. Salesman Roy West walked us through every step. So that I can prepare her. It went very smoothly he was very professional. After work was completed he checked on us in her condition. Then the owner his self came out the next day and checked and did a final clean his self. I have had four different houses roof they were by far the best.
