Priority Roofing replaced the  roof on my home after it was damaged by hail. Mr. Jake Wittenburg was the insurance claims specialist that worked with me. He did an amazing job from start to completion working with my insurance provider, assisting me in the selection of roofing materials and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Joe Castagno inspected our roof, reviewed it with us and then contacted our insurance co. to make a claim.
He was here with the adjuster, gave us the information from the adjuster, kept us updated on when the roofers and gutter contractors would be arriving and came to inspect the work that was being done.
He kept us informed throughout the process, making sure that things were okay with us.

Our roof had not been repaired or replaced since moving into our home 15 years ago.  Nathan was an angel sent from God and walked me through everything I needed to do and was there every step of the way making sure we got the most coverage from our plan.
