Don’t look any further. This is your guy. Mark Young is a true professional, very honest, and extremely knowledgeable. We have called him twice in the past three years to inspect our roof to see if we need a new roof as our roof is about fifteen years old. Both times, he has inspected the roof thoroughly and had told us that we do not need a new roof yet. He has given us photos and the reasons for his recommendation. This is unlike most other roofers who would most likely recommend the installation of a new roof to secure a new contract. Whenever he recommends a new roof, he will have our business. Awesome business and a true gentleman who we highly recommend.

I had a bit of a complex need when adding a roof top deck and Mark was extremely helpful working with my contractor to get the job done well and communicate what needed to be done on a home in Jax Beach. I also used Prime Roofing for an investment property and they were very efficient and the roof looked great! I also give them an A+ for leaving the job site very clean both times!

My roof was impacted by hurricane Irma. I found out about Mark from Prime Roofing from one of my friends as she put a call out for roofers on Facebook. I’m sooooo glad I contacted him!!! He was very patient with me as I had several questions for him and I had to repeat some of my questions for my clarification. He wanted to make sure I understood the process. He explained the various types of roofing he offered and with his help and the help of friends & family decided on the perfect roof for me and I simply LOVE it!!! This weekend I’m going to power wash my house and then paint it to compliment my roof.

Mark’s assistant was also fantastic and the crew that worked on my roof was awesome! Before leaving they made sure to clean up the entire area completely. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Prime Roofing does a remarkable job managing the 4Ps: PRESENTATION, PLANNING, PERFORMANCE AND PICK-UP. From the presentation of what we needed for our home, to the planning stages ensuring all the legal steps are properly taken, to the performance of the installation crew and finally the pick-up of the refuse, Prime was the best company.
